The hotel is within a two to five blocks walking distance to Estero Beach, El Faro Beach, Nuevo Española, Corona Beach and Playas Ensenada. The structure built in 1995, is made of concrete block, wood framing, stucco, and a composite roll roof with a Red “Broken” tile cap. The foundation is designed to carry three stories, and future rooms can be added up to 45 units. The property was built to US code by a Local property developer. The property is built in a “Hacienda Style” floor plan for ultimate security, with four exterior walls as the perimeter.
