Built in 1995, the structure is made from concrete block and wood framing. The roof is a composite roll roof that is covered with broken red roof tiles. The entire structure is stucco finished. The foundation of the property is designed and built to carry three stories and has plans for expansion, about 45 rooms total. The hotel is completely enclosed and has two gated entries - one is RV accessible. Stucco has been recently updated as well as the pool area, both done in 2008.
