The Ensenada Beach House Hotel is located in the Ensenada suburb of“Playas de Chapultepec”, which is 5 miles south of downtown Ensenada near Estero Beach. Built in 1995 the structure is made from concrete block and wood framing with an open floor plan. The roof is a composite roll roof that is covered with broken red roof tiles. The entire structure is stucco finished. The foundation of the property is designed and built to carry three stories and has plans for expansion (45 rooms total); the construction is solid. The hotel is completely enclosed and has two gated entries, one of which is RV accessible. Located two blocks from the beach, the hotel offers oceans views from second story rooms.
