Bar and Restaurant
Completely furnished, the restaurant occupies approximately 1260 sq. ft. on the first floor of the hotel. This is a complete turn key business including a Liquor License with “Special Event” permit. This permit will allow you to host events featuring live music and dancing (a value of $70k). The restaurant is currently leased to Mario’s Restaurant. Mario, formerly of the Estero Beach Hotel has a great reputation for the finest food in Ensenada. The lease is renewable and is currently good through 2010.
Commercial Kitchen
Completely furnished and built in 2000, this approximately 650 sq. ft. professional kitchen includes all appliances, refrigeration and service settings. A turn key operation that services the Restaurant and Room Service operations.

Two retail store fronts, approximately 400 sq. ft. each, occupy a prominent business location on the boulevard. A Mini Market and Deli currently occupy this space and are operated by the hotel. Space includes refrigeration and deli preparation equipment.
